IoPT offers the experiential Intention Method as a way of exploring the unconscious stored memories of emotional and physical trauma.  This method will enable you to access these implicit, often pre-verbal memories which are held in the body and are commonly at the root of mental and physical health difficulties.
This integrative method can benefit anyone wishing to improve:
  • relationships, both personal and professional
  • emotional and psychological health
  • physical symptoms
  • self-understanding

The workshop provides a safe, supportive environment in which to identify your 'trauma-survival strategies',
increase your sense of ‘healthy self’ and step by step integrate early trauma experiences which have been split off.

In this group setting, we will explore the 'Trauma of Identity' and 'Trauma of Love through practice, theory and discussion to discover how emotional trauma informs all our relational difficulties.

Individual Sessions

Although the group therapy environment is very safely held, for some people working in a group feels frightening or intimidating and individual sessions are advised.  We both offer one-to-one sessions via Skype (including for clients who live overseas) and Lucy offers one-to-one sessions in person. For more information please contact us.
