However:

IT's NOT A QUICK FIX

  • it takes time to trust the process and to feel safe enough 
  • it cannot be rushed and it's not possible to go ahead of yourself, you have to work with your survival strategies.
  • we are working to calm our survival self while building a healthier "I"
