LUCY JAMESON was born in London in 1976.

From 2015 to 2018, she attended Vivian Broughton's IoPT Education Course in London, on which she was an apprentice (senior student) for two years.
She runs regular workshops using the Intention Method and offers individual sessions via Skype and in person.  She is a practitioner at The Centre for Healthy Autonomy in London and a facilitator on the Introductory Course.
In October 2018 Lucy presented a workshop: 'Eating Disorders and Trauma' at the 4th International IoPT Conference "My Body, My Trauma, My I" in Munich, Germany. Lucy co-presented 'Motherhood and Identity Development' at the same conference in 2016.
Lucy has a particular interest in working with parents and carers, and in introducing the concept of early trauma into the family home, to provide a safer, more loving environment for both parents and their children.
She lives with her partner and thier two children in West Sussex (UK) and is fully insured.

MARIA GREEN           I was born in Cape Town and emigrated to the UK in 1995.  In 2012 I attended a Franz Ruppert lecture which led on to 5 years of IoPT Practitioner Training with Vivian Broughton and Franz Ruppert.

I offer Group Workshops and Individual Sessions, either online or in West Sussex. In October 2020, I was a second-time presenter at Franz Ruppert's online International Trauma Conference, with a workshop entitled: My Healthy Self: Intimate and Vulnerable.   I consider relationships to be the most important aspect of the human experience, both with others and with ourselves.  I am always exploring how to make relationships work better, how to work with the challenges and triumphs that are an inevitable part of relationships.  I feel that our relationship history is a useful tool for bringing us into contact with who we are and what we want.

I live in West Sussex with my husband and our two free-range children.  I also support my teenage daughter with her Regenerative Small Farm Project, keeping chickens and beef cattle.

I am covered by Professional Indemnity Insurance.

"Lucy and Maria's approach to this work is both gentle and incredibly insightful.  The way they work demonstrates a deep respect for their clients and what we bring as our intention for our selves.  They are adept at creating and holding a safe space, which is so very important when working with trauma in a group setting.  The results are profound, and in my experience, positively life changing."   -- Kate

"Working with this process is both challenging and enlightening and can push you out of your comfort zone.  Maria and Lucy lead you through this process with great compassion born out of their own experiences as participants and working with Identity Therapy.  Things I like about this therapy are that you are never required to share or do anything you don't want to and rather than attempting to teach you behaviours or techniques to cope better with life, the goal is to address the underlying issues to have a better life."   -- Nicola

"Maria and Lucy bring to this work deep professional and personal experience.
The clarity and integrity they demonstrate created a safe and sensitive environment for me to take another step towards myself."  -- Limor
